ARCHITECTURE
The project is located in Villaverde Bajo, Madrid (Spain), providing new social housing, offices with a public cafeteria, auditorium and stores.
Located in an industrial area, the project seeks to create a friendlier space. The shape of the buildings, in stripes, links with the street and generates a new landscape. On a lower level there is an open plaza, this way it's protected from the harsh environment.
