Development of an architecture project to its constructive detail. Including structural definition and calculus, design of a sustainable envelope and instalations

ARCHITECTURE

The project is located in Villaverde Bajo, Madrid (Spain), providing new social housing, offices with a public cafeteria, auditorium and stores.

CONSTRUCTION

The envelope of the project is designed according to sustainability and energy saving criteria.

FIRE PROTECTION

Because of the complexity of the project, it has been subject of modificacions to fulfill the requirements of applicable regulations to secure the fire protection.

HYDRAULIC INSTALLATIONS

Development of the hydraulic installations, fully designed and calculated.

STRUCTURE

The structure is executed above ground with steel and below ground with reinforced concrete.
